How to use the Players page and player profiles

The Players page in Toptracer Coach is where you manage your connections with players. From here, you can invite new players, monitor activity, and view detailed profiles for each player you're linked to.

The Players page

This page lists all the players you’re connected to or have invited. You can also send new invites directly from here.

• To invite a new player, click Invite in the upper right corner

The page is divided into two tabs:

Linked

This tab shows all the players you're currently linked to. For each player, you'll see:

• Their name and email
• Their most recent activity

Click on a player to open their full profile.

Invited

This tab gives you an overview of players you've invited but who haven’t accepted the invitation yet. From here, you can:

• Resend an invite (if it's expired)
• Delete an invite if it's no longer needed

The player profile

Each player has their own profile page that gives you a detailed view of their performance and training setup.

From this page, you can:

• View the player’s email address
• Add internal remarks - notes visible only to you
• Write and update shared goals - this text field is visible to both you and the player. The player can also edit it themselves.

• Unlink a player if the coaching relationship has ended

Profile tabs

There are two other tabs on a player’s profile:

• Assignments - shows all current and past assignments for that player. Use this to track completion and performance.
• Sessions - gives you a complete view of the player’s practice sessions. You can dig into each one to see the shots.
