Inviting players to Toptracer Coach

This article explains how you, as a coach, can invite players to join Toptracer Coach and manage pending invitations.

How to invite a player

1. Go to the Players page
2. Click “Invite” in the upper right corner
3. Enter the following details in the invitation dialog:
   • Email address
     • The player does not need to be registered or have an account with this email.
   • Name
     • This name is only visible to you (the coach) while the invitation is pending.
     • The player can update it upon registration.
4. Click “Send Invite”

The player will receive an email with further instructions.

Managing Pending Invitations

All pending and expired invitations can be found on the Players page under the "Invited" tab. From there you can remove invitations as well as re-sending any expired invitations.
