Set up a player account

This guide explains how to onboard Toptracer Coach after receiving an invitation from your coach.

1. Accepting the invitation

1. Check your email inbox for an invitation from Toptracer Coach. Double-check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
2. Click “Accept Invitation” in the email.
3. You’ll be redirected to a Welcome page where you’ll have two options:
   • Log in – if you already have a Toptracer account.
   • Create account – if you're new to Toptracer
4. Select the appropriate option to proceed.

Note: You do not need to use the same email address the invitation was sent to.

2. Log in or create a Toptracer account

Depending on your selection:

• If you've clicked Log in, enter your Toptracer account credentials.
  • Note that if you’ve used the Toptracer Range App in the past then you can use the same account for Toptracer Coach.
• If you've clicked Create account, follow the steps to register a new Toptracer account.
  • Later you'll use this account when logging into the Toptracer Range App.

3. Confirm your invitation

After logging in or creating your account, you will be directed to a page asking you to confirm your invitation.

• Click Accept invite to link the invitation to your account.

If you're already logged into your Toptracer account and click the invitation link in the email, you’ll be taken directly to this confirmation page.

Once confirmed, your account will be connected and you’ll gain access to Toptracer Coach.

4. Download the Toptracer Range App (Required)

To fully use Toptracer Coach, you must download the Toptracer Range App:

• 📲 iPhone users: Download from the App Store.
• 📲 Android users: Download from Google Play.

5. Logging into the app and setting up your profile

1. Open the Toptracer Range App.
2. Log in using your Toptracer account credentials.
3. If logging in for the first time, add a profile name to your account.
4. For the best experience, go to your profile settings and complete your player information (Optional, but recommended):
   • Golf Handicap or Skill level
   • Stance (Right or Left-Handed)
   • Gender & Age

5. Why you need the app

• The Toptracer Range App is required to log in to the Toptracer monitor at the range.
• Your sessions will automatically sync to Toptracer Coach, so your coach can track your progress.
• The app also allows you to view and play your assigned drills from your coach.
