Set up a coach account


To access Toptracer Coach, your facility must have Toptracer technology installed.

If you're not yet set up, please contact our sales team to get started.

This article explains how to get started with Toptracer Coach after receiving your invitation.


1. Accepting your invitation

After providing your email to your Toptracer sales contact, you will receive an invitation email.

Open the email and click Accept Invitation.

You’ll be redirected to a Welcome page where you’ll have two options:

  • Log in – if you already have a Toptracer account
  • Create account – if you're new to Toptracer

Select the appropriate option to proceed.

Note: You do not need to use the same email address that the invitation was sent to.


2. Log in or create a Toptracer account

Depending on your selection:

  • If you clicked Log in, enter your Toptracer account credentials.
  • If you clicked Create account, follow the steps to register a new Toptracer account.

3. Confirm your invitation

After logging in or creating your account, you will be directed to a page asking you to confirm your invitation.

Click Accept invite to link the invitation to your account.

If you're already logged into your Toptracer account and click the invitation link in the email, you’ll be taken directly to this confirmation page.

Once confirmed, your account will be connected, and you’ll gain access to Toptracer Coach.


4. Access Toptracer Coach

After accepting the invite, you’ll be taken straight into the Toptracer Coach platform and can start using the system right away.
